Exterior House Washing:
The first step is cleaning out the gutters if required followed by applicaton of a formulation of bio-degradable chemicals, solutions & detergents (to kill mould, fungus, & their spores along with dissolving road dust as well as general dirt & grime). Chemicals are applied with low pressure through a wide span nozzle. This is designed to loosen or soften any foreign material on the surface to be cleaned. The final step is to wash off to show the original surface. Gutters to the ground are cleaned in this process.
Pre-Paint Clean:
The key to a good finish is all in the preparation. Application of concentrated chemical wash and a high pressure clean will loosen any dirt or flaky paint work. Pre paint cleaning provides a clean fungus free surface to work with.
Roof Treatments:
Commercial strength “Lichen, Moss, Mould & Algae Solution” is applied at low pressure. The weather takews care of the rest over a 6 -12 month period.
Gutter Cleaning:
This is a chore you can do without. FREE if you get a Roof Treatment and Exterior House Wash.
Deck Cleaning:
Without regualr cleaning decks can become slippery & dangerous. We recommend cleaning at least once a year to prevent accidents and injuries.
Concrete, Bricks, Pavers etc:
Discolouration can occurr over time with algae, slime & grime and may even become dangerous to walk on with a build up of algae etc. The appearance and condition will be improved with regualr cleaning and treatment.
Fences and Retaining Walls
Thes will also benefit from regular cleaning.
